Along the Samara River: Park, Island and Riverside Retreats

A weekend route for those who want to spend time by the water without leaving town. Start with a stroll through Suchkov Park and across the Humpback Bridge over the Samara. From there, follow the embankment to Youth Island, with its beach and paths between the river channels. Then cycle or drive to the wooded bank of the Samara, where the Dubki base stands among old oaks and rents out kayaks, SUP boards and bicycles. End the day at the Osokory resort on the island between the Samara and Sakarchuk rivers, which has a beach, pools and restaurants, so you can stay the night as well.
