Про локацію
The Khmelnytskyi Photo Art Museum-Studio opened on 7 September 2010 and became one of the first museums of vintage photographic equipment in Ukraine. It is housed in an architectural landmark, the three-storey former Continental Hotel at 56 Proskurivska, built in 1910–1912 by the Proskuriv merchant and patron Naftula Wasserman. The late Art Nouveau building has kept its original facade with delicate wrought-iron balconies and coloured smalt decoration; in its day the hotel even had hot running water, a rarity in the town at the time. Inside are cameras and accessories from different eras plus exhibition halls showing photographs of old Proskuriv and works by contemporary authors.
