Shpigel Restoration occupies an early 20th-century mansion at 63 Volodymyrska Street, built by notary Isaak Shpigel for his own family on what was then Dvorianska Street. With its openwork wrought-iron weather vane, domed turret and wooden veranda, the house is listed among Khmelnytskyi's architectural monuments. The restaurant presents itself as a place reflecting the culture and traditions of Podillia: soft music plays, candles flicker and guests are transported to the atmosphere of old Proskuriv. There is a summer terrace, a banquet hall and signature cocktails; the average bill is 400 to 1,400 UAH per person. It is one of the city's top-rated venues, with over 2,700 Google reviews averaging 4.8.
