Tort i Kava is a small family-run pastry café in the old part of Zhovti Vody, at 21 Yevropeiska Street. Its windows look out onto the park opposite, where squirrels are a common sight, which makes it a pleasant place to linger over coffee. The coffee is made from an arabica and robusta blend, alongside natural fruit and berry teas and seasonal drinks. Every morning the display case is restocked with fresh bakes: French macarons and Viennese strudel sit next to classics such as Napoleon cake and honey cake. The kitchen serves breakfasts and dishes like signature syrnyky, cream soups, pasta and salads. The café runs an online menu with delivery and keeps Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages where it posts new items.
