Що вас очікує
A gastronomic celebration of the traditional Kolochava dish riplyanka, made from mashed potatoes and cornmeal. It is cooked in cast-iron pots and stirred with a wooden tokanyk, and served with mushrooms, sour cream, cracklings, bryndza or vurda. Held at the Old Village museum every year since 2013 on the second Sunday of June, with music, a craft fair and tastings.
