Про локацію
A late 19th-century manor complex at 7 Soborna Street: a palace and an outbuilding listed as architectural monuments, plus an old park with a pond. The estate is associated with landowner Vasyl Zavoiko, who bought Dunaivtsi from Bronisław Skibniewski in 1891, when the town was famous as the 'Podillia Manchester' with more than fifty cloth mills, Lelbach's foundry and engineering works and a tannery. From that era survive the palace with its wrought-iron balcony, the outbuilding and the park, home to giant trees — pine, ash, small-leaved lime, maple and black locust of impressive girth — and to many nesting birds. Today the manor houses the district hospital, which is why locals call the grounds Hospital Park. Its shady alleys make a pleasant stop during a walk around the historic centre.
