Про локацію
A hydrological reserve of national significance covering 206 hectares, established in 1980 near the villages of Manachyn and Riabiivka. It protects a typical lowland peat bog in the floodplain of the Hrabarka River, fed by the waters of the Manachyn pond. Reeds, sedges and cattails dominate, with clumps of willow and alder. The reserve is home to muskrats and otters and is an important nesting site for waterfowl and marsh birds; at dawn you may see herons and hear warblers in the reeds. It is a quiet place for birdwatching and nature photography; stay on paths and avoid disturbing animals during the nesting season.
