Central Square is the main public space of Volochysk, located on Nezalezhnosti Street. It is home to the Harmoniia Centre of Culture and Leisure and hosts town festivals, concerts, fairs and community ceremonies. The square is paved and decorated with flowerbeds and thujas, with benches along its edges, making it a convenient place to rest during a walk. Nearby are the historical and ethnographic museum, the memorial square, the town park, Yunist Stadium and the alley of pyramidal thujas, a protected natural monument. The square is a good starting point for exploring the town, as all the main sights of the centre are within a few minutes' walk.
