Про локацію
Hrabyna is a tovtra hill on the south-western edge of Kryvchyk, rising about a hundred metres above the left bank of the Ternava. Its top offers one of the best panoramas in the Dunaivtsi area: the village, the winding river valley and the surrounding hills. The hill is also interesting for history lovers: late Palaeolithic sites and finds from the Trypillia culture, the Rus' period and later times have been discovered here, and the plateau keeps the remains of a two-layer hillfort with a complex system of fortifications associated with the Scythian period. There are small caves in the slopes, which local folklore links to the rebel Ustym Karmaliuk, although there is no documentary evidence for this. The best time to climb is early morning or sunset, when soft light fills the Ternava valley.
