Про локацію
A small but cosy arboretum on the western edge of Mynkivtsi, by the road to Dunaivtsi. It was laid out in 1958–1960, and in 1969 a decision of the regional executive committee gave it protected status. Today it is a local-significance dendrological park of about 3 hectares, cared for by the Dunaivtsi forestry unit of the state enterprise 'Kamianets-Podilskyi Forestry'. You can stroll along shady alleys among coniferous and broadleaf species, take a break from the road and look at trees planted by foresters more than half a century ago. The arboretum is part of the community's 'Stonemasonry of the Dunaivtsi Land' tourist route (Ivankivtsi — Mynkivtsi — Prytulivka), so it combines well with a visit to Mynkivtsi, the former 'capital' of Count Ignacy Ścibor-Marchocki's self-proclaimed Mynkivtsi State.
