Dytiachyi Pliazh Pond

Dytiachyi Pliazh ("Children's Beach") Pond is a small urban water body in the southern part of Zhovti Vody, next to the Avanhard stadium on Avanhardna Street. It is one of the city's two public bathing spots that the regional Centre for Disease Control checks every summer, taking water samples before and during the swimming season. The pond has a sandy beach, and dirt paths run along the shore among trees and tall grass. It is especially beautiful in the evening, when the sun sets behind the trees on the bank.
