Pishkonia Ridge

A mountain ridge north of Kolochava within Synevyr National Nature Park, clearly visible from the valley and from the route to Darvayka. Its slopes are covered with forests and meadows, and lower viewpoints open wide vistas of the Tereblya valley. The ridge is part of the scenic mountain landscape that made Kolochava one of the best tourist villages. Pishkonia attracts photographers, hikers and those who enjoy watching seasonal colour changes, and in autumn the yellow and rust-coloured beech forests are especially striking. Hikes require proper preparation and attention to the weather.
